Shipping

PREORDERED ITEMS: Preordered items are not on hand or in stock. We have to purchase the item from our supplier, get it shipped to us first, and then it will be shipped out to you. The processing time for preordered items takes 10-21 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email with your tracking number once we receive your order on hand and it will shipped out to you that next day. If order multiple items, they may be shipped separately


We ship using USPS. Once your package leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible for it. If anything happens to your package, you will need to contact USPS. Please make sure that your address is correct, we are not responsible for any package sent to the incorrect address. Please keep in mind that delays do sometimes happen and that it's out of our control. In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you by email
